The Beauty of Sleep
AN INVITATION TO SLOW DOWN, OBSERVE AND TRUST
Sleep can feel like one of the hardest parts of parenting.
In a world filled with pressure to train babies to sleep, this workshop offers something different. A chance to pause and to see sleep as a process.
Together, we’ll explore…
Why noticing your child’s unique rhythms matter.
What it means to create a bedtime ritual that you and your baby love.
Why observation is your most powerful tool.
How to shift from control to trust.
How to release societal pressures and find your own way.
This workshop is for slowing down, noticing more, and honouring your baby’s unfolding development with respect and gentleness.

Hello, I'm Hari
“I LOVED the sleep workshop! You clearly have such a deep understanding of babies. You make sleep feel like an easy, natural thing that flows from the day rather than something we have to get stressed about. The 5 elements a baby needs during their day to be able to relax into sleep were a revelation. Thank you for sharing this important wisdom with us.” - Ruth
